We stayed there for one night to visit the Christmas market and an event at the SAP Arena. The standard double rooms were exactly as I expected. The beds and bathrooms were also good. Check-in took a little longer than expected because there was only one receptionist working through the queue. Breakfast would have been good if everything had been available. The lady in the breakfast room was trying her best, but she was working alone. A younger man was helping to restock the buffet. They were out of milk, and I had to complain. I couldn't get a cappuccino because they were out of milk too. …

Good hotel well located. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very nice. Only small inconvenience is that you can hear the tramway passing by from the room.
